So I am gonna try and enter the world of modding Supreme Ruler Cold War. I'm gonna start small and try to mod Elbonia, North Elbonia, and Kneebonia into the Modern World mod. The purpose of this is to figure out how to mod a country's flag, government type, GDP, starting units, starting tech, starting buildings and how to modify the relations between two countries as well as how to add new ones. I will post stuff here as I figure it out. ;D To make Elbonia and North Elbonia I will likely get rid of Albania and divide it. I'll probably take pieces of Serbia, Kosovo and Macedonia to make Kneebonia.

I'm not gonna release this mod or anything, I just wanna do this as practice to get an idea how modding Supreme Ruler Cold War works. This mod is completely not serious lol.
