0.85 Released - 10-30-13 1:30am CST
I decided 0.85 was primarily going to be fixes and doing things I had forgotten about as such major content changes (IE new units, Region splits etc) will be the focus of 0.86. With my current work schedule its hard to find the time which is another reason I've decided to release the work I've done so far. It may be another long while before i can finish the list so rather than make everyone wait longer for these fixes I've decided to go ahead and release them.

[/li][li]Merchant marines still gather around NSA Bahrain.. alternative solution needed? Havent observed any craziness yet they just sit there.. so more testing needed before I start dreaming up solutions.

- adjust Sea peir and Air field costs Adjusted. But looking at the settings it should have never been more expensive to begin with. There is an added variable I'm unaware of somehwhere for maintainence costs.
- Add an ocean Platform to X:1145 Y:284 to alleviate MM madness. (used event to hotfix leaving note to add to the actual map file) Event removed Map file edited
- More economic adjustments? again no feedback so I gotta poke at it myself to figure out if its where it should be. Slightly increased min and max civilian demand for consumer goods. We'll have to see how this plays out before more adjustments
[*]adjust syrian OOB.. This is going to be hard since the CIA won't share its info on what the syrian armed forces look like these days so I'll do what I can to make the best educated guesses. Reduced numbers of some Units based loosely on destruction reports. - bosnian marines are invisible fix texture/mesh w.e is broken lol after scouring every file related to this mesh/texture for mistakes I had the bright idea of checking the download. Sure enough its as simple as me not including the mesh in the download lol. The mesh is now included in the download, No version change though so if its invisible just redownload and install. This fix does NOT require a new game. For those curious its Marpat without the tactical shades. Meant to give them an AK rather than the M-16 but never got around to it.
- Added Zulfiqar-3 to Iranian Units
- Adjusted stats of Osorio Brazilian tank
- Waziristan can now build guerrillas. (this will eventually be extended to all rebel factions to give them a fall back unit)
- Attempted to add more event 37s to add a bit of sanity to large nations army increases. Results are pending.
- New scenario included. Modern world - No debt. Its a carbon copy of the original with starting debt removed. Give the player and the AI more room to breathe, should be fun for those who don't mind giving up real world accuracy for more action.
- Removed scripted AI building. See how it stands on its own 2 feet now.

- Guerillas have the wrong prerequisites giving Waziristan advanced techs they shouldn't have to start. Its a minor issue overall so not going to recache to fix it. Will be fixed in 0.86.
- Super Imposed stats for Zalfiqar and Zalifqar 3 tanks. Stats need to be swapped.
- Osorio stats should be closer to that of the CORRECT zalifqar 3 stats not the Zalifqar 2 as it is presently.
