So a long time ago I used to purchase from direct 2 drive. I built quite a decent sized collection of 19 or 20 games with them.
Well as of January of this year they were taken over by gamefly. Okay no big deal. They send a letter out saying it may take some time For games to make the transition.
Well here we are in March.. and here is the Nightmare Of me trying to get some answers via Customer service.(note I only have access to 3 of my 19 games I purchased)
The top one was the last Email I sent.. and as of 2 days later have gotten no response to.

Okay. I did search for the title.. it isn't even listed at ALL on gamefly. I am not asking for an ETA, I am simply asking if the game WILL be added to the client. Are you all even actually reading what I write? Again Civilization IV Beyond the sword is NO where on gamefly. There is no placeholder, there is no CD key on my order history. As far as gamefly is concerned at this point it doesn't exist. Will it be added to gamefly or not? You have Civilizations IV up.. and a place holder for the warlords expansion. But nothing regarding the Beyond the Sword expansion.

Hi Mike,
We are still in the process of importing games into the GameFly Client. Customer Support does not have an ETA on when this will be completed, nor information on when this game will again be available for download through the client.
You may search for your title and see that it is not yet available for download. This is a good indication that the game is not yet on the client. We are working as fast as possible behind the scenes to bring games online.
We appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this transitional period.

While I appreciate the sentiment, you really didn't answer my question. Yes I did download them prior, however the installer requires a KEY which your not providing for Civ IV Beyond the sword. I do hope that that 25$ wasn't supposed to be compensation for a game I paid 30$ for. My question remains, will beyond the sword be added or are those who purchased it through Direct 2 Drive losing it In this transition. It is rather unnerving that its neither listed in the store, nor is there a key provided for it
via the purchase history.
