1.3 Changelog- Did a major revision of sphere leanings to fix the issue with countries going to war in both scenarios.
- New Default setting is "excluded" which is higher than high volatility.. the setting can be turned down for those who want a more peaceful game

I have a request to make to look at a few errors I noticed when playing this scenario: - Yemen is not really quite complete, one portion of it is missing moreover has become "UN Territory", in other words, queerly borderless.
- Cuba has no starting military units, making it an easy target for its Northern neighbour whose aggression is almost certain in any scenario
- Some files are missing so I cannot really edit the scenario to my liking: ORBATS per se, among other files
- Syria is still a dictatorship moreover I would like it to remain thus for this scenario too
Moreover for the last question, do you know how to add "rebels" to a nation? I wanted to add the Syrian rebels into the Syrian nation, make their base Hama as well as Aleppo. Moreover I also wish to bring the Taliban into the game, as well as FARC in addition to other groups, into the 2020 scenario.

[/li][li] Cuba has no starting military units, making it an easy target for its Northern neighbour whose aggression is almost certain in any scenario [/quote] Both Noted for a future fix Orbats are in Custom/GC in a folder marked Orbats.. I just downloaded the Zip to double check. All files are included. If you check the scenario file it shows where the mod looks for the orbats at. I didn't and won't edit any data I don't have to.. it's simply a conversion of BGs GC scenario from SR2020.. as such I won't be changing any government types etc. You are welcome to mod it as you wish of course. Add the rebel faction to the data files, then have events spawn units for them. Although at that point you're getting pretty similar to my modern world mod.

How to I create the initial region's capital to Aleppo? I also tried to create the rebel region for Syria however whenever I started playing as them it already considered them defeated without anything further. The same occurred for the Taliban, moreover it also occurred for the Syrian government when I tried to do the inverse. Is there something I have overlooked? I also posted extra information on other portions of my overall problem here.

When Global Crisis 1.4 will release? After I release 0.82 of the modern world I can Start to update the rest of my mods to be compatible with update 3. Most of the others wont be long to update since alot of them are simple conversions of old BG scenarios which won't require much actual updating from me just a new cache made with update 3.
