I really think they should be either non aligned or USSR leaning. Especially considering the recent issues they've had with China www.eurasianet.org/node/66191 Also, most people in Kyrgyzstan associate themselves more with the U.S. than with China or Russia. ;D

When they leave the SCO and CSTO then maybe they would be unaligned. Thats kinda like saying germany isn't a member of NATO cause they don't like some U.S. policy..

I disagree. My family in Kyrgyzstan believes that the LAST regime was more Russian aligned then the current one. Also, neither regime was installed by outside countries, they were both chosen by the people of Kyrgyzstan.
