Events.. www.supremewiki.com/node/305Theres an event that hands over a hex and an event for placing buildings. (or alternatively you can just place the Buildings in the OOF file and just use the event to hand over the hex.)

What is the .oof file that your mod uses? It's a custom .OOF file. Part of the data files that don't get released to the user. (in the instance of the modern world mod) Events.. www.supremewiki.com/node/305Theres an event that hands over a hex and an event for placing buildings. (or alternatively you can just place the Buildings in the OOF file and just use the event to hand over the hex.) Thank You. But I couldn't figure it out to work. a Step by Step instruction will be very helpful... At the bottom of the .CSV file is the &&Events section.. in that area you find lines like this. 324000, 43200, 17, 634, 2303, 2306, False, False, False, False, False, , , , , , , , , Each column in that line is a parameter for an event. Each line is broken down on the wiki page as to what the line does. You would simply copy an event thats already in the file and change the parameters to match the event you want. Sorry i'm not going to go changing each line with you since the information is listed on the wiki. A quick example... The third column is EVENT ID. (17 in the above code) We can see here www.supremewiki.com/node/305 that 17 is to set war. In your case you want to transfer a hex which on the wiki list we can see is 44. So the first thing you would do is change the 17 to a 44. Then if you look at event 44 on the wiki you see that it has parameters set by i0 and i1 lines... again you look at the wiki and you can see i0 and i1 are blank in the above example. You would need to put the parameters in. Etc. etc etc until you have changed all the columns to set up your event exactly as you want.

0 0 44 634 2003 2989 False False False False False 1576 221
Would this be a good enough data table for an event?

0 0 44 634 2003 2989 False False False False False 1576 221 Would this be a good enough data table for an event? Looks okay.. i would change db region to 0 since that will force a transfer regardless of who owns it. Are you recaching after the changes? Also if you could use the code button and copy/paste the actual line it would be easier to look for mistakes/issues.

I have not been recaching after the changes... which has lead to my changes not working.
How do you place a base on a map using the .OOF file?
