Latest Test version Changelog as of this version. - Updated Myanamars flag
- China Is now the Red Sphere Leader
- Redid Governement types based on the Stats on Totalitarianists and Freedom Under democracy index
- Database update- Starting GDP for countries should be much closer to reality. Most should be spot on for 2011 IMF PPP but a few are slightly off due to relying on regional stats.
- Oceanic Complexes now function as ports. This enables units to Embark from them preventing Units from Getting stuck on them
- Reduced the Amount of Military Personnel used by Military Fabrication facilities
- Military Fabrication facilities can now be built on any Complex type
- Merchant marines are almost undetectable. This is to help the AI since it has a bad habit of sending waves of them to their death. (Also.. lets be honest here in most cases you can't tell what a ship is carrying at a glance so how can someone single these ships out for attack?)
- DataBase update. Nations starting Available Military personnel should be nearer to current figures.
- Added Putin and an event to have him take over Russia, but the date is off as of now
- Slightly reduced the costs of Social spending

During testing with Croatia, I found out Croatia and Egypt had mutual Sea transit & supply treaty Intentional or a mistake? Also, insane hostility gives CB to AI controled countries which is good, but gives no CB for the player (this creates a situation where player can't get any CB raise during game). Does this have to be like that? (can you increase CB for player also?) Also, choosing very easy diplomacy had no impact on the game (maybe hampered by insane hostility?) as it was very difficult to sign any treaty with even the friendliest Nato country... Also, if player does not interfere Russia falls in first 5 months of the game (seen it during 6 different test games) and China follows during next 5 months. Germany and Nato kill Russia too easy but the biggest surprise is Korea killing China with such ease I know they are helped by US but I'm refering to the fact that Korea in my last test game has cca. 3500 killed units, by far the biggest kill ratio in the game (in same game Germany conquered Russia, Turkey conquered half the Middle East and Persia, India conquering Pakistan...etc.)

It should be one way in most cases though.(edit: although now that I'm thinking about it I may have made them 2 way out of laziness) As the Volatility settings you can turn it down.. but the CB effects etc are hardcoded. As for China falling.. is this using the version I released yesterday. I had found in the previous test version that china was losing huge amounts of units due to silly MM behavior which is one of the reason I made merchant marines significantly harder to spot. If your playing with FOG of war OFF it will cause a significantly different outcome. If your still using the old test version Update to the new one. If this is on the new one I'll have to keep testing myself and see if I can see what the issue is.

()*#)$(*#@()*#$ I forgot to update the event file with the change in region codes... it could be causing many "issues" IE: China setting its military priorities to that which russia should.. and russia not setting them at all. Gonna do a hot fix ASAP. (this is why I'm doing test versions after such major changes ;D)

No problem, I'm engaged in testing purely as a lab rat ;D I'll start again and I'll carefully observe what is going on with Russia and China... Also, about the sea transit and supply treaties, when posting my remark, I was well aware that there can exist unilateral treaties and that your lazines was probably the cause ;D

Okay.. I'm seeing an issue with china.. its military priority for most of asia is higher than North East asia.. so its not committing enough troops there. Already fixed it on my end. Apparently no one has tried to invade the U.S. The U.S. is sending 99% of its forces to Europe and Asia.. leaving North america pretty much undefended. Fixed on my copy. Starting a new test game to see what else I can find. (this is the downside of me trying to micromanage the AI's military priorities, its easy for me to screw things up) Both the above hotfix, and the full version have been updated to make the U.S. prioritize setting up a defense at home just as important as foreign wars. Note: It was a quick fix so for now the U.S. Includes canada in its priorities, I'll fine tune it via battle zones rather than theatres later.

I've been meaning to ask you, have you been messing with units probability of sale? To be more exact, full green relations and still asks for almost double the value of the unit I want to buy...(not that I'm complaining, just curious)

Russia still alive and kicking, though capital moved to Novosibirsk ;D China still alive but also still losing to Korea....aaand testing is over Throughout the testing the game was pretty unstable, but now ctd has gone totally insane and I can't load the last autosave even though it doesn't look corrupted (it is not 1kb). Happened before with this test but I got it loaded from fourth attempt, now I stoped after five unsuccessful attempts

...and I linked the wrong save autosave was unloadable not regular save one curiosity, I thought when sphere leader dies, the sphere crashes but I guess I was wrong...China was conquered and there were still other members of red sphere for months after. Also, Russia still gets overrun by Nato, although, after hotfix they keep moving capital (which they didn't before) throughout Siberia but only to prolong their suffering. China still goes pretty easy though. True they declare war to half the world and seems by the time Korea attacks them, their forces are probably far away to return to defend the motherland... Not exactly sure if this reflects the real life relations (or is it just intended that way) but Nato is by far (four or five times) superior to Russia and her allies so any conflict between the two ends up pretty quickly
