If anyone has any save games a few years into a game of version 0.84a they would like to share I would appreciate it. I have limited free time so playtesting and modding is difficult. Any save files You can share (prefer no cheats used) would help me better judge the current state of the mod. Trying to see how the economy performs long term and how event 37s I have used are doing long term.

I wish I had, but I'm still waiting for an economy-fixed version of MW before I play. I love playing very long scenarios, so I want a good version for that.

I wish I had, but I'm still waiting for an economy-fixed version of MW before I play. I love playing very long scenarios, so I want a good version for that. Hard for me to fix the economy if I don't have a decent sample size to see what the issues are. I've done some play throughs and don't see any major problems.. then I have people like you who insist its broken.. so my conclusion is I don't have a large enough group of samples to really get a feel for how its doing. Interesting game you got going there.. I see china built itself up to a military power house. Iran.. hard to tell if they built it or just captured it. (since they have turkey among other places lol) Not seeing any major economic issues. Consumer goods price is pretty low but I can't tell if its due to too much supply or bad settings.. market seems pretty flush with CGs. May need to adjust Civilian demand of consumer goods up for 0.85,

And yes, CG seems f*cked up but I presumed it was all about your economical changes you mentioned for 0.84a) I experienced the crash again (on this same playthrough but before the save sent to you) and was unable to continue no matter what I did. Had to take a save game from a week or two before the crash and than it was fine. Saves from 1 day before the crash failed on the same day, Saves from 2 days before the crash failed on the same day, only this other one that I had a week or two back didn't crash on me. In the first playthrough (the one with crash) I got my ass kicked from Malaysia/Thailand by Chinese +300km artillery. Iran died and was divided between Turkmenistan, Turkey and Armenia. I believe thats about it. Those are the differences. (This time, I brought bigger force to invade China and it is going much smoother ;D

Fistalis I didn't mean to imply the mod's economy is broken. I thought that was what you yourself had said earlier: that the economy of MW mod "need further tweaking before it's fully functional" or something like that.

Ya mainly due to lack of long term samples. I can only pump out 1 or 2 long term games every few weeks due to my work schedule so Its hard for me to get a grasp of how it performs long term.. and until im certain its where it should be I'll keep that disclaimer. 47s game shows a long term issue with consumer goods. It should be near impossible for high GDP nations to profit on their production so thats fine.. but when 4000$ GDP/perCapita china can't turn a profit theres an issue.. the problem now is tracking down what the issue is.. costs? Demand? overabundant supply? etc Fistalis, have you checked X:1145 Y:284? That hex is killing me... Yup its Naval support Activity Bahrain. Didn't want to give the U.S. one of bahrains land hexes and this seemed the best compromise. Whats the issue>? Edit: Oh i see.. no where for MMs to land so they keep circling.. I'll have to add an ocean platform there i suppose lol added to 0.85 checklist. That might actually be worthy of a hot fix tomm morning after work.

Just a note.. the Merchant Marine Issue that 47 pointed out was causing a fair amount of slow down. So 0.84b should run better that far along. But only with a new game. Also.. I may have to jerry rig a sanity check for major countries military sizes... maybe have them draw down every few years to keep them sane. One of my biggest complaints about the AI in this game.. itll keep digging itself into debt until bankruptcy to keep building its army.
