Here are few diplomatic adjustments I would recommend. South Korea's relationship with Japan should be a bit more strained. People in Japan like South Korea but people in South Korea don't like Japan so much.
Also, Saudi Arabia and Egypt's relations should be a bit more strained as well. Some people in Egypt don't like Saudi Arabia very much and the Saudi Arabian government isn't super happy with Egypt.
The FSA should have friendly relations with France, Britain, Germany and Libya and decent relations with Egypt, Tunisia and Yemen. I would also improve relations between Serbia and Kosovo slightly and try to worsen relations between Transnistria and Moldova.

IE what volatility/diplomatic difficulty are you running for these observations? For "realistic" starting diplomatic relations you should be looking at Low or None for volatility levels for comparison to the real world, anything above that skews them too far in one direction or the other.

Diplomatic difficulty is on Easy and volatility is on Medium.
