Hello again,
I am making some research about the Tiger, the Patriot and the Leopard 2, and these are the first results:
-Australia needs another PAH-2 Tiger (They have 22 Copters)
-Spain has a MIM Hawk as it should have at least a PAC-3.
-Sweden should have a new Tank in its OOB: the Stridsvagn 122 (Stats of a Leopard 2A5). It is based on the German Leopard 2A5, but has such many modifications, that it cannot be considered the same. Plus, Sweden has a deal with the German BAE Sys. to relocate part of the production to Swedish firms. It should have 2-3 Stridsvagn plus 3 Leo 2 A4.
( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leopard_2#Operators and en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stridsvagn_122 )
-Poland operates 128 (so 2 ingame) Leopard 2A4 not A3
( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leopard_2#Operators ). It should also have a few PAC-3 Systems or at least US PAC-3s deployed
( www.reuters.com/article/2010/04/21/us-poland-usa-patriot-idUSTRE63K4AS20100421 )
-Rather than its 6 Leopard 2A3, Greece should have 4 2A4 and 2A5 (although 2A6s may be a bit over powerful for Greece. I would go with 2A5s). In real life, Greece operates 183 Leopard 2A4 as well as 170 newly built 2A6.
( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leopard_2#Operators )
-Switzerland should have 2A4s rather than 2A5s. Also you could add the Leopard 87 to the Swiss OOB (2A4 or 2A5 Stats as it is a stronger 2A4)
( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leopard_2#Leopard_2A4 ). Personally, I wouldn't as it isn't as modified as the Stridsvagn, but the Mod should be as real as possible so I thought you'd like to know.
- Chile should have 2A4s rather than its 1A4s.
( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leopard_2#Leopard_2A4 )
-Singapour should have at least 2 Leopard 2A4.
-Turkey has 4 Leopard 2A4, it should have 6. Also, there is a private turkish development of the 2A4, the 2NG.
( www.janes.com/products/janes/defence-security-report.aspx?ID=1065929677&channel=defence&subChannel=land ) It could perhaps be considered for a new turkish unit.
While researching, I tried to come with a way for all the countries using the Leopard 2 (there is a lot) to produce it ingame independently. You could add it to each countries OOB with its denomination (2HL, 2A6 CAN, 2E, etc.) but that would be a pain in the ass, as well as not really realistic because even though the modifications are being made in each country, the production of the L2 still happens in Germany (unless for the few exceptions I pointed out) and the exportation happens only with the authorization of the german Govt. Or, you could make at least the Leo 2A4 a multiple unit. Other then that, i dunno.
I will continue posting the rest of the modifications tomorrow.
